@Macys - We purchased a couch 2 years ago + warranty and the cushions have become so misshaped it’s embarrassing. Filed claim on warranty we purchased but denied. we call customer service, get disconnected and no help. Spent hours and thousands of $. Worst customer service ever!

@SullyBusiness yes, if forget what it’s called but you may want to add an emergency policy to cover the $15k deductible
also if your state has an exchange, its worth checking bc you may be entitled to income based tax subsides to lower the $ of the policy
