Uber will not honor the Eats Promise on my order that was canceled without explanation 45 min after being accepted. Multiple cases with @Uber_Support and all they will say is I was not charged. “Whatever happens, we’ve got your back.” ...or not. #BrokenPromise

@Uber_Support @Uber @UberEats It appears to me that @Uber would rather lose a Gold Eats Pass subscriber than make good on the Eats Promise. All the support cases I’ve opened have probably already cost Uber more than the $10 discount I am owed. Not to mention losing $10/month from my canceled subscription.

@Uber_Support Referring me back to email support is not helpful when they are completely ignoring the issue. I don’t want to re-order Sunday breakfast, and I know I wasn’t charged. What I want is the Eats Promise to be honored. Why has support not acknowledged Eats Promise even once?

@jaayyboo Pediatrician gave the wrong vaccine to my daughter, tried to avoid telling us (“we missed one”), and after we noticed he just kept saying it was harmless, “extra protection.” Totally unacceptable for a person or a pet. I hope you have a new vet now.

It’s still taxed in that case since there wouldn’t be an agreement with a state having no income tax. And Phila city wage tax still applies to some extent.
