@virginmedia Have just had the *worst* experience with your customer service team. Cancelled my broadband over a month ago (within the 14 days) because the internet connection did not meet the speed requirements. Verbally advised nothing due to be paid as cancelled 1/2

within cooling off period. I have since received 3 separate bills for over £100. Verbally advised I do not need to pay, but bills keep coming and no one is fixing this, and I was hung up on by your call center today when asking for a letter confirming there is nothing to pay 2/2

@GWRHelp, we booked tickets with assigned seats, however the train back to London is fully booked and people in our assigned seats won’t move. Why should I have to stand for an hour to get back to London when you have clearly overbooked?
