@bookingcom i have tried to call by telephone but your AI chat bot is an absolute disgrace and keeps hanging up on me. Why is it impossible to speak to a human advisor about an urgent matter? I can message online but have to wait 24 hours for a response? my query is more urgent!
@O2 i’ve been trying to pay my bill since 2pm. I’ve logged into the app, i press make a payment and i’m hit with this every time and it’s failing to connect from my email. it’s an absolute joke! if the bill is late don’t send me any emails or texts complaining!!!
@O2 why is it so hard to log into my account? it keeps directing me to a webpage and sending me a verification email, i’m trying to pay my bill and you’re making it impossible?

@virginmedia i’ve contacted you every day this week on live chat, submitted a complaint ect, been kicked off the live chat mid conversation every single time! i’m trying to pay my final bill so i never have to deal with you’re god awful company again! why are you refusing to help
