On bank holiday Monday these athletes competed in the Munster indoor track championships in Nenagh. Senior coach Tony Kelleher was there to provide support and advice. It was the first time these athletes took part in this event and judging by their smiles they'll do it again!

Another busy weekend for some of our athletes. This gang ran the Dungarvan 10 mile race yesterday. Conditions were good for the time of year which definitely helped seem of our athletes to some well deserved pbs!!! Well done guys!!!

Incredible day for the club today at the County Novice B Cross Country - GOLD for our Senior Women, BRONZE for our senior Men, Individual Gold for Ed Byrne + 4th for Siobhan Hoare in Intermediate. This is on the back of v strong outing at the recent Novice A also.....
