@UNIONBANK_NG Today is going again and nothing has been heard concerning my complaint. Does it mean Union bank is proving to the Nigerians that you're not worthy to be banking with? This is unprofessional

When I got there on Thursday 12th, the guy was sorry and told me to be going with a promise that it would be worked on. I was too busy on Friday but I was calling the useless guy (inexperienced customer care staff) but he didn't pick my calls for once
