@Hey_ImDorion@jonassiegel He’s way better than Nick robertson. He’s physical , he can finish. Nick robertson just throws a bunch of hits that don’t hurt, chucks the puck at the net from anywhere and takes crappy penalties. He sucks. Straight up
@_PyjamaBoy Now we’ll see if this iteration of the team is actually any different. Does the coaching and captaincy change mean anything or was it just optics? I think a more real change should have been made. I also don’t think the Sens in their current form are easier than the ‘23 bruins
@LOTWBassmaster@NickDeSouza_ I think we can dispel the idea that we didn’t give him enough oppurtunity. When healthy we’ve given him every chance to earn a place on the team and contribute and he’s failed time and time again.
@tothemax98@NickDeSouza_ Junior success often means very little. Half those guys aren’t even good enough to make the ECHL or are literally 16 years old. Not surprised to see an undersized goal scorer not translate at this level
@mikiewhite@Leafslatest Nobody woulda predicted he’d suck this bad. And at this point good luck getting anything for him except “future considerations”
@FAN590@lukefoxjukebox@JDBunkis Why did he ever get that deal if he hadn’t won treliving over ? Frankly I don’t think he was ever good above 3rd pairing and I’d rather have a guy who plays a harder guy in that spot for much less money. Soft and overpaid
@JFreshHockey I think that’s a factor, but it’s also a boring city with a pretty boring team. So all the branding stuff kinda matches what they have going on in general lol
@leafguy403 I was pretty sour about not acquiring a goalie at the deadline, but honestly it’s still a killer roster. If Muzzin returns to form we’re looking at an exceptional blue line here with gio in the mix
@EditorinLeaf In that montreal series he should’ve considered breaking up matthews and marner. It wasn’t working. Say what you will but no numbers will convince me Mitch had a good series
