@ocdrecovery Social media encourages and fosters a rage culture so there is more engagement where a person is trying to get more likes . Itโs important to realise that we have a choice to engage with this type of conversation and get angry too or rise above it and try to find some peace.

@TamingOlivia I used to humm to myself as a compulsion before and sometimes I didnโt realise I was doing it. Yeah they can be sneaky but I donโt do it now. One day at a time for me and I feel sometimes things are getting better ๐
@PaulaLDuncan A very interesting article as I could identify with some of the ocd characteristics. I sometimes view my ocd like a very young puppy dog who gets distracted very easily from one thing to another where sometimes I can ignore and sometimes I canโt ignore!
