ANOTHER VICTORY FOR THE CONSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE OF KENYA
Fellow Kenyans,
Today, the High Court has reaffirmed a simple but powerful constitutional truth. Public office is not a shield against accountability. Public information belongs to the people, and every State officer has a duty to uphold transparency, accountability, and the rule of law. The court found that my constitutional right to access information held by the Busia County Government had been violated. Judgement in Omtatah v @HonOtuoma issued on 27.07.2026 by the High Court at Vihiga. NO PUBLIC OFFICE IS ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION
This case has never been about personalities. It has always been about protecting public resources, defending the Constitution, and ensuring that no public institution operates in secrecy. The judgment sends a clear message that openness, public participation, and constitutional governance are not optional. They are legal obligations.
I welcome this decision as a victory for every Kenyan who believes that public power must always remain subject to public scrutiny. Our commitment to defending the Constitution remains unwavering. We will continue to pursue accountability lawfully, fearlessly, and without compromise. #ReKe #GetitDone

Octopizzo really produced a song called June 25th in respect to the Gen Zs we lost in 2024 and then went ahead to host the kid of the guy who ordered their killings.
Absolutely disgusting.
The worst cyber attack in history was prevented because one person noticed a compromised linux distro was slowing his system down by fractions of a second.
Dear Edwin Sifuna. My name is Nahashon Kimemia and I do BnBs. I've looked at your house. Don't listen to the haters. It's a good one. Here are some suggestions for you. If you need further help with the interiors, let me know. We can also turn it into a BnB and split the profits.
Congratulations, Hon. @KamauNgothoOlk, on your swearing-in today as the Member of Parliament for OlKalou Constituency, Nyandarua County.
Campaigns and celebrations are now over and it is time to work. Always remember to listen to your people; the people who elected you.
I encourage you to settle down quickly and start serving the people of Ol Kalou, who gave you such a decisive mandate in the face of a vicious Government campaign costing over Kshs. 16 billion of taxpayers' money in some fictitious, interesting and knee-jerk projects and cash to bribe voters.
I have no doubt in my mind that you will not disappoint your constituents, having worked with me when you served the country with commitment and distinction.
Once more, I salute the great people of OlKalou for rejecting bribes and intimidation to give our party, DCP, our first-born Member of the National Assembly.
This victory is the first step in our journey towards creating a huge political party that will form the 6th Administration.
The DCP Party is the party of the moment and the future, which is Green. As we embark on the Green Revolution, we remain focused and determined to be the majority party in the National Assembly, the Senate, the Council of Governors, and more than half of our County Assemblies.
I wish you the very best in this assignment of service to the great people of Olkalou.
The future is Green!

Wetangula just ruled that MPs in green suits (DCP party colours) will be locked out of Parliament next time. He has said Standing Orders are clear.🚨
I get the neutrality argument but does it mean Green suits are now banned in parliament?
Quite interesting.
Mr. Aden Duale, sent by his master William Ruto, made a scathing attack on the people from Mt. Kenya, calling them hyenas. This, however, isn't the first time he has done so, but this time he flew too far, too high near the sun and his feathers have melted.
He was summoned by the NCIC to explain himself.
He irrationally argued that he would not honour the summons unless Rigathi Gachagua was also summoned over allegations of unspecified tribal remarks and hate speech.
Mr. Duale's remarks have caused outrage in the country and backfired so badly that they have become a political disadvantage.
To deflect attention from the outrage his remarks have caused, the NCIC has been directed to purport to investigate Rigathi Gachagua.
It is clear that the NCIC is an appendage of the Government and not the independent commission that it ought to be; as such, it should be treated with the contempt it deserves.
My remarks to the country, as always, are truthful, factual and authentic; if, in any way, anyone is aggrieved, which is rare, I invite them to file suit in the courts of law.
I shall continue calling out Mr. William Ruto and his surrogates; a compromised NCIC will not stop me, not even for a minute.
The people of Kenya are entitled to the truth, and their liberation is unstoppable.
We March for Kenya and for Truth towards 10th August 2027.
I've seen some people blowing out of proportions an innocent mistake. When we were ushered to the speakers roll at the national assembly earlier today, my colleagues said "SG kalia hio kiti kubwa" completely unaware that it's the seat reserved for the Deputy President. I was...
