Can a member of the team dm me as this is getting beyond a joke, Instagram get back to you within 24 hours yet tiktok take 11 days yet you can tweet and respond to other people!
@TikTokSupport I am still yet to have a response from yourselves, I keep getting told to file a report, I do so and no response, my friend was able to get a response from you and we sent all the relevant information, yet we have had no response in 7 days this is unacceptable

@TravelRepublic I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with yourself since April 5th in regards to my booking to canel my holiday and to receive a refund, to this date still no answer, this is a disgusting service from yourselves, can someone be in touch with ASAP
