@chilternrailway I’ve been buying open returns for a year at peak time through your old app. New app and suddenly the ticket is not available.

Ugh @chilternrailway - new app is awful. Can’t book an open return as app says it can’t find trains. Doesn’t appear to offer e-tickets, just print yourself or collect at station. Needs urgent action.

@chilternrailway That makes no sense. Last week e-tickets were available for open returns on this route and ticket type. Now they are not?? How is a digital ticket subject to availability. What has changed? This is ridiculous.
