@bryan_johnson will you explain at some point how every calorie & supplement won the fight in your case?
It would be helpful to understand the process and it would also expand curiosity.
For example, why eat broccoli, ginger root, and garlic, but also take them as supplement?

Is the goal perfect nutrition? Do you change supplements whenever you change the diet? or are supplements independent?

@heykahn Now I’m curious about where the rest of the 10k went. I already use most of these products/variations - great list. Although I was expecting “newer” tech. Oura ring? Glucose monitor? Standing desk? Gut tests?
I would recommend an under the sink filter instead of brita.

@RealNatashaChe One question I have is what happens when interoperability between ecosystems is frictionless. If you can use any currency on any ecosystem why would you use the native token instead of a “stronger coin” like many countries use usd

@RealNatashaChe Excellent thread. The general direction is high tps/low cost per tx. This means the only way to generate profit is through a lot of txs or printing coins. So p/e will tend to be high. Qs is how to value the ecosystems and I think you answer this well
