Haven't been happy with git worktrees. Many subtle bugs and inefficiencies. Coordination between agents in different worktrees is poor, and isolation is not guaranteed as agents sometimes do dumb things. I often want to stack changes, which is error prone.

Exercise does not cancel out prolonged sitting. They are independent variables.

Every 60 minutes, stand up. Walk for 5 minutes. Do 10 bodyweight squats.
