They have answered by on Feb 11, 2024, 7:27 PM EST couple of hours after I create a tocket… but later anything I sent I’ve not got anything…

The wallet you are referring to isn't working properly so we temporarily disabled it.

We are working to have the wallet re-enabled as soon as possible, but we don't have an estimate on the timeline at the moment
