@bruce_croxon @AirCanada Bruce, we had to wait 3.5 hours for our skis upon arrival from Kelowna to YUL. 1.5 hours after arrival, we heard a muffled voice on the overhead speakers stating that they are looking for a crew to empty the plane. 2 hours later we got our skis and bags.
