@sethjoyner @RepBrendanBoyle My Dad lost his license to drive ( can't see well enough) he went in DMV and 10 minutes later had a state issued ID . My wife 9 who changed her name when we got married . Had all her ID's changed with a copy of her marriage license and her ID / birth cert. Not hard at all.
