@NETTram I've emailed @NETTram and they say unable to offer refunds on week long tickets that were purchased. Cannot make the journey I would make (tram from Hucknall pre-7:30am and from city post-3:40pm) so now unable to use ticket for 3 of the 7 days paid for to get to work. Shambles
