This is the worst possible outcome for hospitality operators - who are already doing all they can to minimise transmission. If they're not told to close there can be no insurance payout. How can the gov just say to boycott business who then have no form of redress?

@AnyVan hi, I had a booking slot between 10-12 today, I am completely unable to get through to your customer service team, have been hold on for 1 hour and when the van man finally called me he was incredibly rude and said he didn’t know of/when he would come!!!
