@LumoTravel im getting increasingly concerned about the lack of accessibility toilets which are broken on your trains. Today is a disgrace.
We are travelling with you in October and need these facilities but a day isn't gone past without seeing issues. I would refund and drive

@RMTunion @RMTunion this is laughable. Do you not actually have to run trains before you strike. So this action will actually effect no one at all as there are no services on East West anyways.

What happens on the Sunday we travel whem the train doesnt run or the facilities are broken. Try and move us on to an avanti without seat reservations i guess. Well that doesnt work for us. We need to sit together.
