@BBGreatMoments Call is correct, however I wouldn't have called it, I would have taken the batter aside and warned him letting them know not to step out of the box.
@malkarnivore@p4n4m4j4ck@CNviolations I was a deputy sheriff and we could investigate and ticket CDL infractions. I'm not sure where you get your stats but I doubt it's true that 99% of failure to yield goes against the commercial driver who was on the right of way
@malkarnivore@p4n4m4j4ck@CNviolations By definition of the law that is the rule... I'm not sure how any other traffic unit could find otherwise. Now that's not to say I wouldn't investigate everyone involved in the accident to confirm you all within regs before the accident
@malkarnivore@p4n4m4j4ck@CNviolations At fault by whom? When I was an officer I would have cited the black pickup for failure to merge onto a freeway safely MCL - Section 257.649(9)(10)... Michigan is a no-fault state so we didn't apply fault, but I would cite the pickup driver.
Every January, we commemorate the people lost in our agency’s space exploration program. On our Day of Remembrance, we celebrate their lives, their bravery, and advancements in human spaceflight. https://t.co/vzVdLv7TiN
@2018Colo Yes, we are in an S3-level radiation storm so conditions will continue to be awful until the storm passes, especially at higher latitudes, but expect it everywhere.
