@Caleb_Parker Yes, although I went to a pub the other day and they’d run out of beer. “We only ordered 1 barrel to restart with” they said. 🤯🤯🤯. 12 weeks closed. 2 weeks to plan reopening. Huge beer garden. Captive local market. W. T. F?

@ConquestOfBurek @KelgoreTrout @msangiemoon Food is a need, we still pay for that, as there is a cost for labour, then producing it, shipping it, making it safe, paying the relevant taxes etc.
Is the issue a principle issue around paying rent, or that rent is too high and the value received doesn’t match?

These are homes for humans 1st, investments 2nd (said as a property investor). Most successful businesses focus on end user first
