On this solemn anniversary of D-Day we remember the courage of the Greatest Generation. Nearly 160,000 Allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy in the largest amphibious invasion in history. They faced unimaginable odds to liberate Europe and defend freedom. Their sacrifice secured our liberty. We owe them everything.
