@zabius@UberEats@ubereats_uk@GermanDoner_UK I just dealt with something similar actually but with no delivery just say you want it escalated (though I had to say it several times) but I got an email from escalation team and they eventually refunded me. @Uber_Support@UberEats have been moving mad lately!

@shesgonestella@asda is that @ubereats_uk? their customer service is appaulling, i've had multiple deliveries made to the wrong address and they never reimbursed me, when i contacted them i got the same generic response like 10 times
The amount of stress that goes into getting a refund for missing items from @ubereats_uk@UberUKI_Support is actually insane. It’s not even just about money but the principle?! Thankfully for us, the store confirmed missing items via phone and email so they have no excuses now.

@ubereats_uk cancelled my order with you on 7th August after waiting 2 hours and no delivery. You sent me an email confirming cancellation but nearly 3 weeks now and still no refund. Sort it out.

When you place an order through Uber Eats, the driver drops it on my door step as the bag splits and then Uber doesn't pay the driver or issue a customer refund! It was even a priority order and we were the second delivery!? @ubereats_uk
Looks like @ubereats_uk didn’t know where to deliver this order, so they just left it on a wall outside my house. It’s been there all night! Someone went hungry.
