@philbray73 @stevemartincfp Makes sense to me. I’ll often double check aspects of our advice with the clients accountant/solicitor before implementation. It adds value and clients really appreciate their professional advisers working together.

@philbray73 Without knowing the client situation how would an adviser know what the fee would be? Likewise, it would be difficult for a client to calculate the fee from a website as they won’t know the work required. Therefore forcing publication of fees isn’t a good idea IMO.
@philbray73 Time - we are being asked to do more by compliance/regulators as well as running a business and most importantly spending time with our clients! There are only so many hours in a day.
