@matt_gottshall @MrNQDC In the UK it's regulatory law to disclose fees in £/$ not just %. Clients also receive a regular annual statement detailing investment, custody and adviser fees, again in £.

Mortgage rates are NOT "high" by any historical measure. Property valuations got out of hand, fueled by a temporary low interest era. And now it's getting back to normal.
