@burtwalker@ianmiles Followed him where? On Twitter? Lmao. Brand was a drug and sex addict back in the early 2000’s. If there’s ANYONE who might have strayed over the line of consent it’s him…
@cryptopunkard@MisterFud@WallStreetSilv I’m sorry but there is no way need is more environmentally friendly. The land area, pollution, and feed required to grow a cow is vastly more than vegan alternatives. This is coming from a meat eater.
@sealteamsix22 @OrangeMentosSzn@PolitlcsUK@Telegraph Sure, so I guess you support banning people from the NHS if their illness be attributed to smoking? Smoking costs the NHS billions and it will only get worse as time goes on.
@elonmusk Then you’re going to have to prove the harm. The ADL will simply point out that the harm was likely caused by the antisemitism on the platform. Seems unlikely you can prove they directly did $22bn in damages…
@elonmusk Lol sure buddy. You’re going to have to prove 3 things: ADL published information that was negative and FALSE, the ADL KNEW that it was false, and Twitter suffered financial harm as a result (1/X)
@elonmusk Then, assuming you can prove it was false, you then have to prove the ADL also knew and published anyway. I’m guessing they reached out to Twitter and got a 💩in response from the Twitter PR department… that’ll work against Twitter for sure (3/X)
@elonmusk On the first point, the ADL can simply point to their observational analysis (which shows anti-Semitic tweets) and demonstrate it wasn’t false. X will have to prove it is false, which seems dubious given the observational nature of the evidence (2/X)
@DoaneBarile @CamcamKennedy@TAArceneau@Tutora2020@krassenstein Buddy just accept you were wrong… Cameron made a joke about Trump paying off a pornstar. She is, in fact, a pornstar, and Trump admitted to paying her off… What else is there here?
@edem_cule@stocktalkweekly @TeamBlind Much of it will run itself for a while. Auto scaling groups will auto scale. The problem comes when a service goes down and nobody is there to debug/fix.
@Morr6565@crowder @ElLurk3r @TheValuesVoter @elonmusk@rpyers No, if he refused to buy he owed them the break fee of $1bn, but a court could and likely would still have forced him to proceed with the sale.
@Theresa_Maria_@Run_Away_Riley@TomahawkHalo @PhoneInSpace @NoContextBrits You might also be surprised to find there’s only about 2x as many towns and cities in the USA than the UK. England has the most “local accents” of any English speaking country. This is largely due to thousands of years of regional isolation before the era of cars & communication
@Theresa_Maria_@Run_Away_Riley@TomahawkHalo @PhoneInSpace @NoContextBrits There are about 30 major regional dialects in the USA, and 37 in the UK. The UK has a much wider degree of influences due to its close geographic neighbours and their history (celts, Gaelic, Vikings, britons, French, Irish etc..).
