Can someone from your claims department please contact me asap regarding compensation I am due for a delayed flight with TUI
This compensation has been confirmed but never paid and as usual it is the loyal paying customer that is having to jump through hoops to get paid!

Submitted claim on 21/07/2022 re flight delay flight no. TOM1471. Only response has been to say a claim submitted and a banklink will be sent within 72 hours. It has been 20 days and no contact. Rang tui clondalkin twice and still none the wiser. Contact me please
