@AerLingus are you going to give me any support on getting home. Youโve cancelled my flight yesterday after I spent 8 hours in newcastle airport. Your chat bot is useless (said youโd ring me but nothing yet), no communication and no way home. Thereโs also no aer lingus rep here.
@_CH12_@taraAFCx Still going on. Sent a ticket to the help centre and rang the box office but was put on hold for half an hour before I hung up. I had 3 memberships on my account (friends) and I canโt access any! Disgrace
