@packerdrive43 Ray buddy he was impeached twice, just not convicted. In impeachment, the House charges a President by majority vote, then the Senate decides to convict or not. The Constitution requires a 2/3 vote of the Senate to convict, and the penalty upon conviction is removal from office.
