I lost more than $40k due to the hack, and waiting 2 months for the reimbursement already
Any progress/date when most of the reimbursement will be done?

I have provided all required info to proof the wallet is mine. ID, wallet pictures, sumsub, eml files, customer verification code and even a police report
But still no further updates unfortunately

Yes I lost multiple ten thousands , only got an email that they are still reviewing my case
But just an automated email
