Great day with Trainetics group at British Airways facilities, improving my knowledge in Human Factor. Very professional team, with good take home messages.The simulator ride was fantastic in learning how distractions and cognitive bias impairs your decision-making. A must do !

I work as en anesthesiologist in a french private hospital and I agree for a more hospital targeted inspection. Not for sanction but to help teams to improve their care.
