i am going against every rule building multiple things at once. i can with @bot, at a fraction of the risk. claude is blocked in hong kong anyway so this is the stack that actually ships from here.

reed was not a vibe pick. we shortlisted, then ran shopify ugc ad factory vs discord-to-revenue ops against creatify / arcads / heygen. picked the ugc factory: catalog in, meta/tiktok variants out, keep/kill inside shopify.

same stack today: money os on main for suppsmith, kaia 1.0.1 waiting for review, 10 cold emails out for the au clinic sites.

learned: researching two ideas side by side beats falling in love with the fun one. discord won on build joy. ugc won on speed to money.

still early on the $1m run. chasing the first dollar across all of them.
