A daily occurrence... Lockable bollards to restrict vehicular access to those with permission, need and who are informed not to park on the cycleway? Overlooked at planning stage?

@SheffCouncil new grey to green plan is blocked. I was cycling from ponds forge area and I find a van in middle of cycle path quickly go on the pavement and there are more vans on the pavement quickly go back on cycle path. Dangerous as I couldn't see if there was oncoming people
