@MarstonsPLC @AskMarstons What sort of disaster have you managed to deliver in the Lake District? A number of great pubs managed for many years by great people and their staff are currently shut due to the fiasco of terminating leases and supposedly bringing in new managers.

Having had my money for a flight to Pisa for over 2 yrs, less than 2 weeks before flying, @easyJet cancel. Flight 2 days earlier is full so have to book with @jet2tweets which is much more expensive and have to pay for 2 more nights Hotel. Only get £110 refund. Not impressed.
