@admt62@PaulJohnDykes@stuartreidrfc In Scotland a push is assault, however, the push was a proportionate and necessary reaction to property damage, under Scottish law-you are legally justified to use reasonable force to defend your property.
No way Rodgers is staying silent after that Desmond statement. Absolute carnage all of this!
Which side are most on? The club are getting their story in before Brendan does! No idea what to believe
Wow! This is wild.
No pretence at corporate governance or proper order. No statement from the CEO. A statement from the club by the largest individual shareholder, slaughtering the appointment he made himself.
I’d be interested to know if such a thing has happened at any other PLC. This is pathetic & clearly a preemptive strike as BR must have refused an NDA.
I can’t remember a PLC board ever issuing such a personal & insulting statement about an individual in such a prominent position.
The statement itself appears to be riddled with subjective opinions from a DD viewpoint, the veracity of which I imagine will be tested in short order.
It also acts as a confession about the dysfunction at board level, the ongoing refusal to accept accountability & the absolutely intransigent refusal to make meaningful structural change.
Apart from being a deeply inappropriate hit piece expressed as a hissy fit, it’s a confession that we are a PLC in name only. We’re the plaything of a man who brooks no challenge, and subject to his whims.
At least we’re not reduced to a bitchy soap opera confirming the utter dysfunction at the club🙄🤦
@DoubleDenimCM Brendan left CFC for Leicester as his ambitions were higher than CFC. Fast forward>Desmond>throwing Brendan under the bus>It's all Brendans fault we didn't get targets in, he had the final say! Can't wait for Brendans legal team! Same old board-it's all on Brendan 🍀
