Blow Jays lose yet again, needless to say. Thoroughly embarrassed by superior Marlins. A complete rout. Blow Jays save their worst game of their brutal season for this last series. Bums.
Largest salaries on the Rays’ payroll for next season:
1. New York Yankees ($15M)
T-2. Brandon Lowe ($10.5M)
T-2. Jeffrey Springs ($10.5M)
4. Yandy Díaz ($10M)
5. Pete Fairbanks ($3.817M)
@fasselin94 @abguy09 Since they don't have the option to just go shopping for a replacement at the first sign of strife.
Thats just my suspicion though, your perspective into team dynamics is of course better than mine. Just seems like we're held back by the existence of the option to blow teams up
@fasselin94 @abguy09 Think of it like, if Edin was going thru a tough time and decided he wanted to replace his team, he rly wouldnt realistically have a huge pool to choose from.
To me that suggests that those teams capacity to fix chemistry challenges is higher
@abguy09 @fasselin94 Like if the objective top 4 players in Canada has the choice between 'make it work as a team' and not playing professionally, I'm sure they'd be able to figure it out.
@abguy09 @fasselin94 To be fair, the reason we see consistency internationally is mainly that the pool of players that are capable of being on a top end team is far smaller outside of Canada
Canada internationally is negatively impacted by the number of high end players we have
@stckmastr@BLocsports@PerfectGameUSA Yup. The bar for what's 'over the top' has certainly gone up though I'd say. Hardly ever see people take exception to that kind of thing in MLB anymore
@BLocsports@PerfectGameUSA Surely a grown ass man isn't talking about throwing baseballs at a 12 year old for having fun being good at baseball... right?
Thx for the free base I guess bozo
