Therefore, I really do encourage the viewing of the captured video which shows very clearly what has occurred. The public will form their own opinion whilst @metpoliceuk sit on their hands and discuss optics and internal politics.

Sadly, whenever we try and complain to @Redrow about them forcing us to pay fees, their legal team threaten us with even more fees. Then when we raise attention to the issue on Twitter, rather than resolving things, they block us. #30DaysWild #redrowcompetition

@Redrow Thanks Hannah. But your own CEO doesn’t even respond to complaints. Middle Management just obfuscate and avoid - I can’t see what good another customer service email address will do. It’s for enforcement / legal action to bring Redrow into line. I’m just here to raise awareness��🏻

Be Warned! This is what you pay for living on a @Redrow development. 3 years on and we are forced to pay maintenance fees for this. @redrow wash their hands and we are forced to push the local council to begin enforcement proceedings. DO NOT BUY from this scandalous company.

Agreed. There’s a massive difference between what Redrow design and what they actually deliver. We are then forced to take legal action. It’s offensive to watch them spout all their rhetoric about beautiful open spaces on social media. DO NOT fall for their lies.

@Redrow We tried complaining to Directors of the Management company. But they are the same Directors as those in Redrow and they just ignore every single email that’s sent to them. We now, 3 years on have to push the council to take formal enforcement action against @redrow. Appalling!

@CraigPurcell @Redrow Agreed. @redrow have been looking into the matter for many months. The outcome of all of their ‘looking into the matter’ is that they decided they will still rip us off for maintenance fees despite the area being a complete disgrace that the council will not adopt.

@Redrow I have many more pictures if you’d like to see them. This isn’t an accident that’s slipped through the cracks. Redrow and their counterparts have deliberately sought to do this.

@Redrow Hi Hannah, guessing you aren’t too aware of what’s going on. Site visits just generally consist of Redrow blaming Vistry / Gateway and vice versa. This one will be no different. Redrow will continue to hand over land of an appalling quality and say it’s complete.
