@Cigna thanks for reporting my insurance incorrectly so that I got charged by my provider and then when I call to get it straightened out I’m told the system is down until Monday? Seriously billions in profits and you can’t afford people who process claims correctly or IT ?

@panerabread really disappointed I bought one of your soups that was bad/expired. Spoke to someone there about replacing it and was sent four $1.50 coupons towards new purchases. So instead of replacing the bad one. I have to purchase four new ones instead. What a ripoff
@PhiladelphiaGov how long do we have to put up with illegal parking like this in a local neighborhood on a bus route? It’s a loss of life waiting to happen. Most of it is for a corner restaurant that is a regular haunt for local police so complaints to them go unanswered
Hey @netflix what’s is the point of clicking on I’m still watching don’t ask again. If everytime you ask again. The horrible commercials are enough of an annoyance. At least put the commercials where breaks were originally instead of chopping up the show

@SouthwestAir how poorly programmed is you AI answering service. It asked me 3 times what I was calling about. 3x I said SEATS and each time the response was “I didn’t get that”. Did you not bother to tell AI you offer seat selection now? So now I’m waiting on a call back
