Our CTO shipped 60 PRs last month. Not by clearing his calendar, but by working with AI agents between meetings.

We didn’t want to use AI off the shelf, so we built our own. Now 80%+ of the company uses Eddy, our internal AI platform, every day.

The biggest shift isn’t speed, it’s how we work. People are attempting things they would’ve previously filtered out as “too heavy.” Engineers and non-engineers alike are building and shipping. The gap between idea and execution is getting very thin.

Solving that isn’t just a clinical challenge, it’s a technical one too.
