@hasumpstuffedup @_684148249_ Leniency is when it is borderline and they can’t hear the call. The onus should also be on the player if it’s obviously too short. They often don’t hear ‘not 15 play on’ but I doubt that they would not hear a whistle. No whistle, no mark = prior opportunity.
