@heitner@NeilRausch Of course you’re not, you play both sides of the coin over and over again. You’ll advocate for one thing, and the minute the NCAA does that you’ll advocate the other way.
@heitner You lose whatever credibility you have by backing this. This is something that every league has - you can't bet on your own team. You have become the type of lawyer I despise - you'll back anything to make a buck, even when you know this is nonsense.
@La_Jefe_@cptdankkk@mirageofwins You totally miss the point. Not for long means you don’t have long to get everything you wanted growing up. It would be far more frugal to bank the money for the first several years let it start spinning off interest and then use that to buy what you always wanted. Budgeting 101.
@NextRoundLive@Clowfb It's the opposite. Average fans want this - the fans of average programs. It's the fans of elite programs, and die hard fans who don't.
@ChrisVannini I am not for it, but you are applying the current rules to a different set of circumstances. The split would require each school to sign agreements that enabled enforcement of the rules, including expulsion. At some point, a voluntary member organization can enforce its rules.
@9deku63@NikonFaces@Brett_McMurphy You act as if G6 schools swim in the same pond as the P2. They don't. Just as there are Divisions I, II, III, etc., there will be a split between P2/P4 and G6 if they are forced to share the revenue they and their fans generated.
@KurtBauerle@Brett_McMurphy Then they should split off into different divisions. It is ridiculous that G6 programs think they should share the P2 money. Same with the ACC and B12. G6 schools don't swim in the same pond as the P2. Simple as that.
@MortalJim19@RossDellenger They'll adjust to the new rules. They will set up academies in Europe and come to college earlier. etc. Maybe some will be inconvenienced today, but they will adapt.
@Expansion_Crush@slmandel I am well aware of that, LOL. The whole post is about the SEC breaking off and having their own rules, and not answering to the NCAA. Keep up.
@MidwesternDoc Show me your proof on seed oils. It doesn’t exist. Lack of exercise, junk food, large portions, alcohol. There’s your problem. Seed oils, SMH.
@joeovies What about the B1G - they suckered the ACC in on The Alliance, didn't want to play during COVID, want to go to a CFP-24, and will also be all over the ACC teams in 2030, yet all you have is anti-SEC. Make it make sense.
@Vern_Funquist Just ignore this guy, that's what you do. Sure, we have a lower RPI, but winning the SEC and winning 5 road series, all against teams he has in the tournament, and at least two ranked ahead of UGA counts too. At some point, H2H has to matter.
