As predicted, a man is in custody in Plantation Florida in the bomb terrorist attacks. Tentatively identified as Cesar Sayoc Jr., 56 years old formerly from NY area. The NYPD and the FBI are the best law enforcement agencies in the world. He will be prosecuted in SDNY.
