@DonatoDiorio@Citi Did you ever get this figured out? I’ve been working with Citi customer service since May 26 on ability to access account. They have advised widespread system issues and they are working on it. Try it again later.
@galvgal0723 I’ve been working this issue since May 26. Customer support advised they are having system issues for joint accounts. In my case, it’s an account transferred from American Airlines/Barclays.
@AskCiti@CeliaBlalock I have been working with Citi since May 26. With each call an agent stated "there are system issues affecting joint accounts which are being transferred from Barclays. You cannot log on until these issues are resolved". She asked me to call back on Thur June 4th for a status

@AskCiti@mdperlman Note that even after sending cards out, you will not have online access to your account. Rob from customer support stated issues in the conversion is preventing this. I’ve had my cards for a couple weeks, but online access errors.

@AskCiti@tuttlerw While Citi was fast in sending the physical and virtual cards from the Barclays conversion, we cannot set up online access. Rob from Citi customer service explained this is a problem with many of the Barclays customers. Once again we have open ticket to resolve.
