@JackPittBrooke I think you're right, the massive increase in intensity seems very hard to accomplish without a pre-season. Diluted Angeball is horrible, it did win us the Europa League but I really question its effectiveness in a non-cup context. Ange is a 'full send' kind of guy.

@DDhopn @Plutus_Support The problem with the logic used for free payouts is that it trys to draw an arbitrary line between engaged and non-engaged customers, when there is surely more nuance, especially with the number of changes over the last 12 months. 1/2

@DDhopn @Plutus_Support As someone who has been a stacker for a number of years and never sold any PLU, I would say 33% withdrawal is being penalised, it stings. Especially when withdrawal is dependent on maintaining a reward level. Ticket #338016.
