I sincerely recommend anyone planning on staying at @Hyatt sunny beach, Bulgaria, to rethink their accommodation. I wish I’d stayed at Barcelo or Melia. 😫. @barcelohoteles @MeliaHotelsInt I wish I was staying at one of your resorts! 😩😤😩

@Hyatt secrets Sunny Beach, your manager has changed AC setting throughout hotel 2 warm. No cool air, not even in gym. It cannot be changed. WHY?!Rooms are too hot & gym is boiling- it’s really affecting guests enjoyment. Pls can this be rectified or I will b seeking compensation

@No1Lounges you have the rudest host on front desk at Luton airport, no smile, no hello just ‘you got a reservation?’ I didn’t, so went to use another lounge but said she could at least smile or say hello. Her response ‘what u want me to do about it?’ Seriously?!
