@AlpineSimRacing@JoshIdowu_ Corner cutting, wall bouncing, and being lame enough to black everything out... yeah this isnt nearly as cool as you think it is
Pretty wild that FanDuel is refusing to pay out SVG top 5s. I felt like #NASCAR corrected the finishing order fairly quickly.
(I didn’t bet this btw it’s a friends slip)
The National Motorsports Appeals Panel today heard and considered an appeal of a behavioral penalty issued on May 5, 2026 to driver Ryan Preece in the NASCAR Cup Series.
Upon hearing the testimony, the decisions of the National Motorsports Appeals Panel are:
1. That the Appellant violated the Rule(s) set forth in the Penalty Notice.
2. That the Panel affirms and upholds the original Penalty assessed by NASCAR.
In reaching the above decision, the panel provided the following explanation: “Although not a unanimous decision, NASCAR and RFK Racing presented competing interpretations of common data. Neither side clearly proved their point, but Mr. Preece’s comments showed that he chose to not cut his competitor any breaks.”

There will never be another opportunity like this. A new engine formula in 2028 is the perfect moment for Indycar to give the fans and the drivers what they want. V8, 1000+hp, 15,000rpm+, sustainable fuel. This is the moment. It isn’t too late to change path.
Christopher Bell with a passionate plea for immediate change in the drafting-track superspeedway package. Bell: "It's atrocious. ... It's a complete joke. ... It comes down to just a suicide mission of who is going to push the hardest and not get wrecked." @NASCARONFOX
If Steve O’Donnell wants to truly unite the NASCAR fanbase, he will concede that the future of NASCAR does not rely on the Gen 7 car.
It relies on the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series car. Please. Concede the obvious. Make the future racing product better.
Fuel save for 100 laps.
Finally racing hard.
Commercials everywhere.
10 laps later everyone crashes.
Praying for better days because the 2 superspeedways are a brutal product right now.
