@MAS Leaving your “valued” customers on an aircraft on a tarmac with little Interaction by your crew except for a cup of water on a full service Airline was also disappointing
@CruiseNorwegian on a NCL cruise. U should probably advise ur staff when talking 2 other customers about which passengers they like and don’t like. The bar tender speaking 2 sum1 complaining they don’t like UK,AUS pax as they don’t tip! And can’t wait for his next US cruise
