Huge congrats to Ben Williams at the National XC Champs today. Not the race he was hoping for, falling (twice!) but getting up to still finish in the top 25%. Ben started running at the @schoolxc loved it and it’s taken him all the way to the nationals! #proud @WillastonCE

@alexdowsett Or TTing: F1 level kit & testing. Then send paper entry & cheque*. Go to a village hall*. Ride. 2sec gain from your socks relies on man with a stopwatch*. Times on a board. No chip/online timing, DJs, crowds, or after parties. And we even have sleeves now 😂 (*ask your Dad)
