We generated anti-spike mAbs & investigated their inhibitory mechanisms using structural & functional studies (🧵).

Our latest research is now online @FrontImmunol!

@du_wenjuan et al made a hexavalent biparatopic HCAb targeting the SARS-CoV-2 spike.

This molecule neutralised multiple VOCs, whereas the parental HCAbs lost potency.
