@sanchezcastejon @technology @sanchezcastejon Creo que una de las medidas que deberías tomar es facilitar que las personas puedan hacerse autónomas (freelance si quieres usar jerga guay) o crear pequeñas empresas (start ups). Sin esa facilidad no hay nada que hacer.
